Hi, I’m Marita!
I began my career in a sales role that allowed me to dive right into conversations with C-Level executives of Fortune 500 companies. After mastering the art of strategic and consultative sales as an individual contributor, I had the opportunity to lead teams in the Americas and APAC markets who were responsible for portfolios with nearly $10 billion in total revenue.
Several years ago, I decided to lean into my passion for sales mentorship and teaching and have found my ultimate purpose of empowering leaders and sellers in organizations with a desire for greatness.
With over a decade of experience in professional sales, leadership roles, managing teams across the globe, and teaching sales across various industries and company landscapes, I’ve witnessed just how impactful and empowering a sales career can be. I know what it takes to master the art of sales, and now, I’m excited to help empower more sellers and leaders to gain confidence and find a more strategic, intentional approach.

In my work as a sales leader and consultant, I have established a reputation for cultivating inclusive learning environments and connecting effortlessly with audiences across all levels of an organization.
I bring my unique experience from being “in the field” and managing teams to my training audiences, integrating my personal experiences with my passion for teaching sales excellence.
My portfolio includes engagements with companies spanning from small teams to multinational corporations, where I’ve adeptly navigated various sales and leadership styles to deliver impactful results.
