Why this exists

At some point, something shifts.

Maybe it's a new role. A new season of life. A promotion that came with way more invisible labor than anyone mentioned. A relationship. A kid. A version of burnout that doesn't fully go away after a vacation.

Whatever it was, your relationship with work changed. Your tolerance for what drains you dropped. Your patience for rooms where your voice isn't actually used shortened. Your clarity around what matters sharpened.

That's not a problem. That's information.

The challenge isn't figuring out what you want. It's learning how to lead from where you actually are, not the version of yourself you were two years ago.

What I keep seeing, especially in high-performing women, is not a lack of drive. It's the weight of holding too many meaningful things at once. Career momentum. Leadership responsibility. Relationships. The desire to build something real without feeling constantly behind or depleted.

This group is built for that specific season. The one where you're still ambitious and still growing, but you're done doing it in a way that costs you everything else.

Who this is for

You don't need another framework.
You need a room.

This group is for women who are good at their jobs and know it, but are still navigating spaces where influence doesn't automatically come with the role. Where the unwritten rules can feel exhausting. Where being competent isn't always enough.

You might be a people leader, an individual contributor with significant scope, or someone building something of your own. You might be navigating a major life transition alongside your career, or you might just be at a point where the old way of operating doesn't fit anymore.

What you have in common with everyone in this room:

You want to lead and influence in a way that feels aligned, not forced
You're tired of softening your language and waiting to be asked
You want practical tools, not just inspiration
You value honest conversation with people who actually get it
You're ready to stop figuring it all out alone

This is not exclusively for parents. It's for anyone whose season has changed and who wants their leadership to catch up.

How it works

A real rhythm,
not a course.

This is not a program you watch on your own time and forget about by week three. It's a small, live group with a consistent structure and real accountability built in.

01

Bi-weekly group sessions

75 minutes, live. Focused coaching, real-time practice, and honest conversation with a small group of women navigating similar ground.

02

Monthly co-working hour

An additional monthly session that's less structured. Space to work through what's actually in front of you. Open office hours, but with a group that knows your context.

03

Weekly guide and reflection

A short weekly resource delivered as audio, written prompts, or a short video. Useful in under 10 minutes. Not homework. Just fuel for the week.

04

1:1 kickoff session

45 minutes before your first group call to get clear on your goals. Two additional 1:1s included across the core period. Extras available at a member rate.

05

Shared group space

A low-friction private space between sessions. Share wins, ask questions, stay connected. Platform chosen based on what works best for the group.

06

Small group by design

Intentionally small. That's not a sales tactic -- it's what makes the group actually work. People know each other. Trust builds. Conversations go deeper.

What changes

Practical outcomes,
not vibes.

After three months together, this is what I want you to walk away with:

A clearer picture of your priorities and how to protect them without constant negotiation
Scripts and frameworks for the conversations that feel the hardest: setting limits, advocating for yourself, influencing decisions
A better understanding of how you build trust in rooms where authority isn't automatic
More confidence going into high-stakes meetings, less energy spent recovering afterward
A small peer network of women you actually want to stay connected to
From clients

Founder, Venture In Consulting

Marita helps women in leadership translate ambition into real outcomes without losing space for the rest of their lives. Her background spans corporate sales leadership, executive coaching, and organizational training, and she's spent years coaching individuals and teams through the kind of career moments that don't come with a playbook.

Late in 2025, Marita became a mom, and it crystallized something she'd already been noticing in her work. The women she coaches are not lacking ambition or capability. They're carrying too much at once, often without the language, the structures, or the peer support to move through it well. That observation is what this group is built around.

She works with leaders across corporate and startup environments, and her coaching blends direct communication tools, practical influence frameworks, and real-world strategies for protecting space while continuing to grow.

You don't have to
figure this out alone.

A small group that starts May 26. Honest conversations, practical tools, and people who actually get it.
